Dr. Gian Marco Iulietto is our new Trainee Lawyer!
Gian Marco is expert in IT laws, Privacy, Cyber Security & Computer Forensics.
He graduated in Law from the University of Molise in 2019 with a thesis in industrial espionage titled “Digital Privacy Protection of Employees”.
Before joining Studio Legale Guida, Gian Marco worked for public bodies and private companies; in addition he is currently providing consultancy for the Italian Ministry of Labor and Social Policies focusing on the
governance and control of IT systems.
Gian Marco speaks English and he is author of many papers on law and new technologies.
